"What I Need" is the second single from our new album, No Tomorrow. This one was unleased on September 1st, 2023.

What I Need is a more traditional rock/metal anthem on the subject of "love gone wrong" (alternately, some have suggested there's analogous message in the song comparing a bad relationship to durg addiction). Written years ago, this one was originally developed on a standard guitar (our 1987 G&L Invader) with the use of an "edgy" bass synthesizer. Like most of the music we write nowadays, this was redone on the studio PRS 277 baritone, producing a more modern tone than the original version. This is a very angry song with which those of us who've gone through a bad relationship/breakup (or a substance abuse problem) should easily be able to relate. What I need also features sampled vocals by the artist, Nine Zero.
